Advent 2004

The Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe
Saturday, December 11 at 6:30 PM
The Rt. Rev'd Mark H. Andrus, Presiding

In 1531, a young Indian girl in Mexico saw a vision of the Virgin Mary, receiving a message of love and compassion, help and protection.  Since then, Our Lady of Guadalupe has become the most important patron saint of Hispanic Christianity.  The site of the vision has become a pilgrimage site for approximately ten million worshipers each year.
